It's happening, just not as quickly as I had hoped. We have a great action plan proposal. I have been coordinating with Surfrider Foundation Europe's head office in Biarittz. They are in the process of creating a new chapter charter. (essentially the rules and laws in accordance with Surfrider principles). Yesterday, the 16th of october they had a meeting to determine whether or not they are satisfied enough to release the first draft to potential member countries - us here in Sweden as well as Holland and Poland. Waiting for their decision.They seem to be in no big hurry as the guy in charge of new chapters is going on a surftrip to Mexico in a couple of weeks. I'm keen to get started and i'm glad to see that others are as well.
A Beach Clean-up is the best way to start, so I am aiming for November.
