a 5/4/3 with hood, booties and glove will do, if youre planning on surfing all winter and really are as skinny as you claim: 6/5/4..

could be down to 0c, ice that is, fortunatly its very rare, usually it drops to around 3 or 2 degrees celsius late winter..
