can u guys recommend the most accurate forcast site for the wind etc?
is there a lot of difference in tide, i heard there is not to much?

The only one of your questions I can answer is on tides. The "tides" that do exist in the Baltic are "preasure tides" Low preasure fronts tend to lighten the bar and thus higher "tide" High presure fronts push down (and forse water away) thus local "tides" depending of the position and movement of the weather front. You have also seasonal "tides" towards spring and autum where Average Sea Level fluctuates acording to the moon and wooble of the earth on it's axess.
