Är det hårdare och kallare att surfa Cleveland än Sverige? Läste en artikel från NY Times där det sägs att de måste hålla kolla på varandra efter tecken på "hypothermia" när de börjar sluddra och ögonen blir blanka...hmm....

I've surfed quite a few spots thoughout the great lakes. That picture in the article sucks.Easily gets overhead in spots like Lakewood and Mentor Ohio. The best waves are in Minnesota, home of the Vikings!The waves get just as good as here on the west coast. Check out www.unsalted.tv
Now it's time to throw myself into this storm today. A lot of South in the swell. I have some ideas....

Thanks Fader, but I was really asking about the cold and "gnarlyness", is it that much colder there than here? Of course that picture was really bad.

I hope you survive the day, the first reports from down south talks about really big waves, and that place you are thinking of, might be really dangerous, since its quite heavy then big, or so I heard.
