I am from Australia and Havent surfed for a year now , and I am really itching, and want to go to portugal ,or spain, not really sure where? can any one recommend somewhere or someone...

Go for Portugal for sure, most consisten place in Europe i would say. Get yourself a car when ur there, so worth it and wont set u back much. www.economycarrentals.com is really good. Used there service a few times in Portugal and it worked out sweet.
