Tja.
Jobbet skickar mej till Austin i Texas i två månader (april, maj). Känns lite jobbigt att sitta inland utan varken vågor snö eller berg. Är de nån som har koll på hur surfet är i norra mexikanska golfen? Tror de ar ca 3.5 timmar i bil till kusten. Kommer inte ha med mej bräda så jag måste hyra eller köpa där borta. Finns de möjlighet till de?

Säkert inga problem. Scouta den lokala surfscenen på Internet och hooka upp med några surfare på plats. Surfshopar är alltid ett hett tips som samlingspunkt.

Att dom surfar tankersvallvågor låter ju inte direkt lovande tyvärr . Men de verkar ju rätt fett. kommer väll hålla koll på prognoserna så klart.

I know some friends who have lived in Galveston, Texas. There are waves there sometimes. Anything inside the gulf is pretty few and far between unless you see a hurricane or huge storm brewin up. You'd have better luck hitting up Florida, or hop a flight to California. I'll find out more about Galveston and find out where those breaks are.

Hey! Ok I spoke to two of my friends and they said you should go to Corpus Christi, TX. There's usually some kind of surf but they said not to expect it to be super good. You can get lucky from time to time and you'll have a good time. They suggested you google it or look it up online. Corpus Christi isn't that huge so you should easily find the breaks.

I'll definitely look it up.
I'm thinking of trying to find a cheep flight to Mexico or some better spot, since I need a place where I can get a board. Mine are still home in Scandinavia.

hahaha.. it's not that bad there.. it's worse in Tennessee and Alabama. They don't cut your head off in Texas anyway.. they like to hang and drag you behind a horse.
