Ok so I've snapped a board in half for the first time in my life. A bit of mixed feelings. Pretty pissed off at the same time a tiny bit of proudB). Pissed off because surf is freaken pumpking this week:evil: and cos my board need some surgery. A bit proud cos it was actually quite big out there and I did it on a wipeout on one of the setwavesB) Not proud of the wipeout though but that I actually went for it.

Probably doesn't interest anyone but I just have to share this big moment in my surfingcareer:cheer:

I think it is very interesting. Which country were or are you in? I remember as a kid coming home and my mum just shaking her head, wondering how much of my hard earned money from after school job I was gonna spend on broken boards. Or replacement new one. Keep snappin em it a good sign that your charging it. Go big take it on the head if you have to. Congrats.

Hahaha Im on the south island in New Zealand... Yeay i've decided to stop being a freaken chicken and I guess that's the price I have to pay, a couple of $ to repair or replace my beloved board:dry:

When I broke my first board as a young grom I was sort of proud too, I made big deal like I was angry in front of some of the other guys in the car park and chucked my board in the trash, but then, when no one was looking, i took it out, and then hung it up on my wall haha
