Däremot var lördagen riktigt crowded på morgonen

skäret? var ligger det? det här är ett secret lite norr om somewhere!

Who would have ever thought guys - proud surfers- would shamelessly post pictures of a spot so far away from their home breaks on one of its best days ever? What were you kooks thinking? Or were you? This spot is crowded, it's inconsistent and a bunch of thirsty surfers who drive a long way, take days off of work and make other sacrifices to surf it salivate each time it breaks. Do we need to start an ongoing campaign against individuals and businesses that use photos of the sacred to promote themselves and their own agendas whilst contributing to the hype/ mystique that surrounds a spot or region? How would "Boycott Nord!" sound? (just joking!) I'm not going to spend time on it, but the "talking of shit" about you kooks is going to outlive your photos if more are posted.

Keep a good thing a good thing, remove names of places and photos from the internet if you are able to do so. AND stop posting them! God no, the spot isn't a secret, but it is sacred! At very least, kindly leave photos and names of places from our neck of the woods out of your forums. That would be one way of earning back some of the respect that you lose each time you post photos or go on and brag about your sessions online. There are guys that would like to surf this spot but don't because of the crowd. These are guys who have been surfing here for a LONG TIME! That's their choice but still, respect that fact that crowd is an issue that we deal with nearly every swell.

You like coming over here? Good. Help work to convince the government and the nearby town that despite surfers bringing little to the local economy, particulary in relation to wealthy dudes with sailboats that eat at the restaurants (run and staffed by locals), buy pottery (produced and sold by locals) and stay at the hotels (staffed by locals), that surfers use this place year round and that there are alternatives to destroying the little wave at Mølle. That is an agenda worth campaigning for! Leave your egos and thoughts of your legacy at home next time you come down here. Make your own sacrifice if that's what keeping it quiet means. Sacrifice your ego.

I am over with the boring pedantry. I've shared my thoughts (shared by others who have never written) enough on this site in the past days. Whatever. You'll make your own decisions regardless of what others think. You control your own destinies. (but to some degree the destinies of others as well)

should we at the same time email transition about taking back thousands and thousands of copies from there subscribers because of some photos printed there in a article named "365 dagar"? The latest issue with fresh photos. It even sais Skåne and south of Sweden in the article and then you also see the surrounding on this photos and the beautiful wave. Come on how secret is it when there is photos of the spot in every grommets room?

I didnt know people would get this upset about it when its printed in the biggest Skate/snow/surf mag in Sweden.

Maybe the guys ripping on these photos and the photographer should have kept it for them self aswell?

Om det står södra sverige, skåne eller norrland. Va fasen! De som listar ut var de bilderna i Transition är tagna har ju troligtvis redan surfat där. Va e de för trams o gnälla när nån sköter det snyggt. Förstår irriterade inlägg om ställena lyses ut i samband med bilderna. Men Artikelförfattaren i 365 dagar har ju skött det riktigt snyggt!
Ska man börja bli förbannad för att tidningarna visar bilder från Åre också kanske. Innebär ju att man inte kan lägga första repan på baksidan längre....

maby some of u guys can figure it out but it could be anywere.. im posting theese pictures because im not like you.. sure, nobody likes crowds, but i dont think that some pictures that we've been taken will bring the world to skåne.. what about inspire people instead of being an ego? we found this place by our own.. its one thing if someone told us in trust..

as snaken said, its printed in the biggest "extream-sport" mag in sweden and i know especially one site that have pictures from the same spot (when freddie's rippin')

join us here in sthlm for a weekend as we did at your place and i would be more than greatfull to show u the surf.. call me kook or whatever, but i love to surf and i want to spread this wonderfull feeling to as many as i can.. (without selling out the spots of yours, ofcourse. and i dont belive that we have done that)

Elis på vilket sätt har "365 dagar" skött sig snyggare än oss???

Jag gnäller inte alls men skulle vara klart intressant att veta varför det sker en sån uppståndelse nu när det postas 3 bilder på en vänster våg i skåne (utan att nämna spots) på ett surfforum? Är det helt galet jämfört med att göra en artikell med bilder i sveriges största skate/snow/surf tidning där det tydligt framgår att spotet är i Skåne och det var inte svårt att få reda på att denna våg låg i skäret då en del inbitna surfare känner till det. Kanke borde du argumentera med dom surfarna och fotografen som gjort artikeln och som inte trodde att folk som jag skulle bli nyfikna på en så pass bra våg.

Men jag tänker inte gnälla alls. Jag hade väldigt tur att vara i skåne just då denna våg gick av och att man fick surfa ostört i drygt 1h.

Put pics out but don't NAME 'em..no obvious landmark landscape shots...

Don't name 'em...no landscape landmark shots..it's totally unnecessary..just wave shots and people shots...i do that..no-one knows where the fuck i surfed but you get to enjoy looking at the odd good wave for entertainment when it's flat....

If someone sends you a message in your own sight and you want to tell them where it is and how to get there........ do it over their own private email...it's really very simple and easy and stops people spitting chips at you...then you can screen and select who you want to give the info to without 600 other guys reading it.....simple really..no naming the spots on the net..no landscape shots......... peace...

This is it, that's all. I have nothing more to say, read or participate in. Sweden is your country, its your scene and I am a thankful and temporary guest who surfs it whenever the waves are good and I have the time to. The guys I know and the few girls I've met have all been super spirited, enthusiastic and incredibly kind. The guys I know well are great people, lovers of the ocean (and sea) and I would go out of my way any day of the week if they needed accomodation anywhere where I could help them.

I will take a few pictures and maybe a little video for myself to edit and store for my kids and gradnkids in years to come, and for a couple of friends back home to see, from time to time like us all, but I'll never post it. That's my choice, my "ego", my discretion, my own ethic, whatever.

Other people named your pictures, not me. It's a chain reaction. That's how these things go. Peace to you all, I'm over it. Surfed this morning and it felt great, and what a great feeling its been all fall/ winter and whenever there is surf to stoke us all.

Tyckte själv inte att jag gjorde något påhopp annat än på de som klagar på att det publiceras för mycket. Jag tycker som sagt att det är himla kul med bilder oavsett varifrån! Jag förstår därför inte kritiken mot en artikel som 365 dagar. I det menar jag inte att ni skött det sämre. Jag tycker bara det är kul när bilder publiceras! Och håller samtidigt med de flesta andra här att så länge man utelämnar namn på ställena så e de bara att visa bilderna!
