Har kort La syd, cabreton, anglet och Biarritz bakom kippan med mumintrollshuset...

No seriously try at low tide going up to the left of the harbour pass in Capbreton, next to the pier...
Otherwise when it's REALLY massive surf - like when Belharra is on - no other option if you don't have what it takes (a gun, the guts or your strap crew on a jet) than driving to Hendaye or the bay of St Jean de Luz (you can chose between Soccoa on the left of the bay, the pass to the right or even the entrance to the harbour in... the city centre! and that one's a good steep face, but crowded)
